Best low-Carb zucchini ravioli


Good news everyone!!

 believe it or not we are able to come up with a whole new ideas for veggies recycling into brilliant dinner or side dish suggestions. 

Today we are exposing one of the most successful recipes for all the vegetarians out there, but wait a second this also may seduce non vegetarians as well as kids who hate veggies to come and try out this heavenly delicious green raviolis.

Servings : 4

Cooking time : 20 min

Preparation time: 15 min

Ingredients :

  • 2 zucchinis
  • Olive oil
  • 2 gloves of garlic minced
  • Chopped spinach
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup ricotta
  • Chopped basil
  • 1 cup marinara
  • ½  shredded mozzarella

Preparation process:

-Peel zucchini into wide strips

 -On a medium heat, put a pan, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 30 secs

-Then add chopped spinach, salt and pepper, sauté for 2 min

-Once the spinach is diminished, Remove the pan from the heat. Allow to cool down 

-Transfer the mixture Into a medium bowl add the ricotta, basil, salt and black pepper to your taste then mix well.

-in a plate transfer the zucchini strips and lay down 2 strips vertically over 2 strips horizontally to make a cross signe,

-Use a spoon to scoop the mixture, about 1 tablespoon in the middle of the zucchini cross.

-Wrap each strip to lock the mixture in and turn over the zucchini ravioli

-Pour the miranara in a baking dish

-Place the raviolis over the miranara then crow with mozzarella cheese

-In a pre heat over (220 c°) bake for 15 to 20 min

-For decoration serve with freshly chopped basil
